Dan Orenstein has substantial experience working with growing healthcare and technology companies to help them achieve their goals while protecting their core assets. He has two decades of in-house legal and compliance experience at three start-ups that have included two successful IPO exits--athenahealth, Inc. and Health Catalyst, Inc. Prior to that, he worked in private practice in corporate law, technology, and healthcare transactions and compliance. He has written and presented on a number of topics involving healthcare law, policy, and technology. Dan received his bachelor’s degree from Columbia University and his law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center.
Dan is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, and Utah.
