Sydney Edwards has both hands on and strategic experience as a legal and compliance leader with health tech companies and providers. She served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of a provider organization delivering value-based healthcare services and telehealth-enabled clinical programs, and was previously Vice President of Regulatory at Kyruus Health (a RevSpring company) and Vice President of Healthcare Policy Research at Capstone, where she advised private equity firms on the impact of regulation on healthcare organizations. Sydney also served as an Attorney Advisor for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, investigating and auditing complex health care fraud, for Medicare, Medicaid, and other government and private payers. She is a graduate of Texas Southern University School of Law and Hampton University.
